This Cookie Notice explains how PSAK uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies on the website and portals.

1. Essential cookies

PSAK uses essential authentication cookies to keep logged-in users signed in, secure sessions, refresh sessions, and route users to the correct portal. These cookies are necessary for the portal to work and cannot be disabled through PSAK without affecting service.

2. Local storage

Some portal areas may use browser local storage for functional preferences, cached profile information, branch selection, notification preferences, or legacy token compatibility. Clearing browser storage may sign you out or reset preferences.

3. Security and anti-spam tools

PSAK may process IP address, user agent, timestamp, source page, referrer, honeypot fields, and submission timing to prevent spam, abuse, fraud, scraping, and excessive form submissions. Some rate-limiting support may be provided by third-party infrastructure providers.

4. Analytics and marketing cookies

As currently implemented, PSAK does not intentionally set third-party advertising pixels or behavioural marketing analytics cookies on the public website. If this changes, PSAK should update this notice and, where required, provide consent controls.

5. Third-party links

When you click WhatsApp, phone, email, map, social, or other third-party links, those third parties may process your data under their own privacy and cookie terms. PSAK does not control third-party platforms.

6. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, portal login, booking, acceptance, and account features may not work properly.
